What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start the Server with the permissionsbukkit.jar
2. /setrank user and group
3.check the config.yml -> all right
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when I reload the Server or turn it off and on again, ranking a new Player the completly whole config is resetting itself.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
