1. User intended is offline.
2. Use /permissions setrank <username> <group>

Expected: Player <uuid> is now in <group>.
What it says: You must provide a UUID or the name of an online player.

None appeared.
Please provide any additional information below.
PermissionsBukkit did not used to require the player to be online or to have ever gotten onto my server to begin with in order to place them in a group. This has become inconvenient.
